Kaido's son

With 977 revealing that Kaido has a son, who do you think it is? Someone we know or a new character? I think it's this underworld broker who has horns and wears the same outfit that Kaido has before.

It's possible, but I'd doubt it would be him given his horns are closer to Jack's rather than Kaido's, plus he'd be surprisingly short for a son of Kaido. I'd imagine it'd be a completely new character or, if it's a returning character, there's a chance it could be Little Oars Jr. when considering their similar horns, a rumour that Oars created Wano according to the One Piece Visual Dictionary and his sword looking very Japanese in origin. There is the issue of why Oars Jr. allied with Whitebeard rather than Kaido, though it could be he left Kaido for a while and was disowned until post-Marineford events, which may plug the hole in this theory of Doflamingo severing his leg. Not the strongest theory, but I expect the Oars lineage, Kaido and Wano to have some tie revealed in this arc.

I think one of the Vivre Card guidebooks says that Oars Jr is over 70 years old. That wouldn't fit in with Kaido being depicted as an apprentice on the Rocks pirates.
