Yeah I think Kaio-sama stomps. I have him at 3,500 and Piccolo anywhere from 2,000 to 2,500.

I'll take Kaio after a short first round. We've never seen him get serious, but he likely wouldn't take much time to dispatch Piccolo.

I've got no reason to argue with Kaio-sama's V-Jump level of 3,500, but I've got a lot to argue with against the one of Piccolo being the same, since Gohan's Masenko > Piccolo. That said, Kaio takes this easily.
