Kaioshin Realm Sensing

Who can be sensed from the Kaioshin Realm to Earth? What level of power is necessary? Doesn't it take Super Saiyan 3 level of power to be able to sense it?

Isn't Fat Buu just not powerful enough to be sensed from this distance?

How far is Beerus planet? What is the minimum amount of power needed to be able to sense someone on Earth from Beerus planet or Kaioshin's planet?

It likely does. SSJ Gohan while partway into his Z Sword training could not be felt from earth. He likely wasn't close to being his strongest yet, but he still wasn't able to be sensed regardless. Goku being sensed was treated like a monumental event, so I think it's evident that tier of power is needed.

Fat Boo probably was sensed from that realm. I don't recall anything that would suggest otherwise. I think Goku's Ki was so unexpected and powerful that he stole the spotlight. Boo's existence was already known and expected, so there wouldn't be reason to comment on his ki from the Kaioshin realm.

As for Beerus' planet it seems extremely far. I can't recall the exact time, but doesn't it take Whis over 20 minutes to reach Earth even at his insane speed?

I don't think that's because Gohan is sensing him. Why wouldn't Buu still be alive? Goku didn't defeat him and Gohan is training to defeat him. I don't think it has anything to do with ki sensing.

Something interesting I noticed. Kaioshin noticed right away when Evil Boo exterminated every human, yet he and Kibito were shocked that Goku’s ki was felt from their world. Inconsistency?

I think an entire planet's inhabitants can be sensed, but not an individual. Seems to make sense to me.

It doesn’t work that way in Super. Goku had to sense Krillin’s ki specifically to return to earth in the Moro arc despite all humans being alive.

I'm confused in what you are saying.

Kaioshin sensing all of Earth's inhabitants dying has nothing to do with Goku sensing an individual ki. Kaioshin has some sort of special ability to know such things.

But Kibito specifically states that he was shocked a ki could be felt from their realm.

What I'm saying is that Goku is the baseline to be felt in that way. No one can sense an individual from Kaioshin's realm unless they are SSJ3 level.

However, Kaioshin somehow is able to sense all of Earth dying.

I think that's a special Kaioshin ability and has nothing to do with the topic. Kaioshin just knows things.

Exactly. If you're proposing that Kaioshin can sense the Earth as a collective, how is he able to pinpoint Fat Boo if he can't sense his individual ki signature?

Kaioshin probably is a user of the far-seeing arts. Daizenshuu 7 doesn’t credit him as a user since he never uses it on screen, but both Daizenshuu 4 and 7 say it’s a technique of the Heavenly People.
