Kaioshin vs CG SSJ Vegeta

My issue with the "Boo choose to absorb South Kaioshin instead of Goku" mainly has to do with Dai Kaioshin.

Boo's intelligence was implied to be the same after absorbing the South Kaioshin, so what reason did he choose to absorb Dai Kaioshin? I've seen some suggest that he thought he'd get another power increase, but would this mean Dai Kaioshin potentially put up a good fight against Boo? Kaioshin was shown beaten with Fat Boo standing there, but I'm not sure which Boo whipped his ass.

I give this to Kaioshin. I think he underestimated the Saiyans and overestimated Babidi's goons barring Dabura.

Kaioshin gets raped. I don't think he's at the level of any of the Cell Game Saiyans.

I'm going to play devil's advocate and say that he stomps.

He didn't admit to being surpassed till he witnessed Goku using SSj2, though admittingly he also had a lot of trouble holding a weaker SSj2 Teen Gohan in place for a few seconds.

I would place him near the high end of the SSj tier, perhaps close to Buu Saga SSj Goku. At best between Buu Saga SSj Goku and Full power Perfect Cell. Any SSj2 of course could one shot him, but he'd be able to give even the strongest SSjs trouble.

I don't know if South Kaioshin is SS3 tier. Buff Boo is even stronger than Super Boo whom is way, way stronger than Chibi Boo. Dai Kaioshin is weaker than South. So why Buff Boo tried to absorb a guy far, far weaker than him (Dai Kaioshin)? Might be for the same reason he absorbed South Kaioshin. I'd put South Kaioshin at most at Perfect Cell tier.
