I think Kaioshin wins here. Although I have Trunks stronger (As I have Kaioshin being between Super Vegeta and Perfect Cell), Kaioshin can just paralyse Trunks and drop a catching block on him. Those Eye Kiais he used on Boo would probably hurt as well.
