Kaioshin was stronger than Piccolo at first, but, when he saw Puipui/Yakon, he got scared, suffered a terrible shuki/yuuki
loss and became 1000x weaker.

A loss of this stuff shouldn't make a character 1,000x weaker, that's absurd. It represents a third of the chi and according to Ginyu taking Goku's body and associating it to a loss of one of those things, it shouldn't be more than 1/4... 1,000 just doesn't make any sense.

Pretty much. I mean, his friends all got either slaughtered or absorbed right before him, and he couldn't do anything to stop it. Pretty hard to blame him for being scared and/or overprotective of the Saiyans.

Doesn't stop fans from calling him a wuss (because Anime fandom isn't really known for its empathy).
