Do you have a low SSJ multiplier GSM?

Yup. 10x. Goten and Trunks have a pretty big multiplier though, even higher than 50x.

How do you justify any of that?

How do you have the Adult Base Saiyans at multi folds the young Base Saiyans.

When you are forced to give the kids a wildly different Super Saiyan multiplier, when does common sense kick and tell you that's not the right way?

Please guys, don't start yet another SSJ VS SSJ2 debate, especially when it's absolutely not relevant to the subject at hand.

Anyways, I have Kaioshin noticeably stronger than CG SSJ Vegeta due to being far stronger than Boo arc Piccolo (Piccolo's performance against the Cell Jrs seems to suggest he isn't far weaker than Vegeta and Trunks), maybe about as strong as SSJ Goku (CG) as well, but absolutely no match for SSJ Gohan (CG).

It's entirely relevant when you're comparing Kaioshin to the levels the Saiyans displayed at the Tournament and vs. Babidi's henchman. Hard to compare Kaioshin to Boo arc Gohan when the latter's power is a constant debate. Dabra vs. Gohan inevitably comes up in any Kaioshin discussion.

Because SSJ Kids are portrayed as relevant to the SSJ Adults, whereas the Base boys were portrayed as only around #18, with the other Base Saiyans being implied to far outstrip even 16.

That's hardly relevant, because no matter the form Gohan was using against Dabura, Shin was far weaker than SSJ2-tier since he couldn't do shit to Dabura.

Plus, you can still use Goku and Vegeta as measuring sticks

Nah man. Super Saiyan is Super Saiyan. It's a 50x boost. I can't buy into that mumbo jumbo you are talking. It sounds like nonsense to me man. Buu Saga is wacky, it's all about making good decisions.

What here implies Gohan was a Super Saiyan 2?

No sharp aura, no eletricity, no "He's stronger than at the Budokai" statement... Absolutely nothing. Him being a Super Saiyan 2 is not even doubtful, it's straight up wrong.

Not to mention that retcon or not, Kibito treating it like no big deal when already seeing SS2 Gohan shows that not only does Gohan using SS2 to remove the Z-Sword not correspond with the art, but neither with story consistency.

Well if you believe Gohan was a SS2 against Dabra and can go SS2 at will (I don't), then it'd make sense for Gohan to just go right up to SS2 rather than struggle in SS1. Kaioshin also mentions to Kibito power from Gohan that he didn't see at the tournament, so it seems Kaioshin had that power in mind when he suggested for Gohan to free the Z Sword, and I don't think anything suggests Gohan didn't use that power.

Who knows though. This is one of my least favorite Boo arc topics since both sides have at least one thing that can't be explained.

He just tested how much strength would require to pull the Sword when he tried in Base. He should be well aware of the strength he needs.

But if Gohan was a SSJ2 against Dabra, Kaioshin would've never sensed SSJ Gohan and would only be aware of Base and SSJ2 Gohan. I know Gohan transformed into a regular Super Saiyan at :bitch, but he got completely ignored by everyone.
