So Cell is saying that his androids are super strong?

Well, he said Piccolo would only be able to put up a bit of a good fight, so he's not winning apparently. I suppose you could argue Piccolo is only a tiny bit ahead of the androids but their teamwork and infinite stamina would ultimately take the W, or that Piccolo is a bit below them and would inevitably lose all the same. But it doesn't seem to gel with anything else unless we remove Trunks' comparison of Future 18 and SSJ Vegeta. Cell is stronger than Vegeta by some amount, yet is weaker than Piccolo, but claims Piccolo can't beat the androids? Someone has to be wrong.

Considering Trunks said he was able to put up a fight against #17/#18 individually and also didn't seem to notice #18 was holding back when fighting SSJ Vegeta, it's safe to say they aren't much stronger than SSJ Vegeta or Gingertown Cell individually. Cell's statement seems to suggest Weighted Kamicollo would only be at a disadvantage 2 on 1 with all that considered, I'd say Weighted Piccolo would put up a good fight against them both and pressure them greatly, but probably lose due to their infinite energy. Removing his weights would be enough to tip the scales in his favour though and have him stomp them.

Interesting match considering the androids' apparent good teamwork and infinite energy suply. But still, the present androids were emphasized by Trunks more than once as being far stronger than the future ones, and Piccolo matching the stringest android from the present, not to mention holding a technique that had said anddoid jump in fear, would be enough for him to get the W here.
