Katakuri + Luffy vs Current Rayleigh

Seriously though, the only stat in which either of them outclass Rayleigh is arguably in Kenbunshoku Haki's utilisation of precog. Beyond that, Rayleigh has them beat in everything and his experience would probably make their teamwork not matter too much. From what we saw in Marineford, Marco and the other WB Commanders were unable to deal noticeable damage to the admirals even in situations such as Marco and Vista both taking on Akainu. I'd say Rayleigh wins with high-diff.
