Battle takes place where Gohan fought Dabura, Kibitshin is healed after every round.

Considering Kibitoshits backed out of aiding against Pure Boo yet didn't bother convincing Vegeta to do the same, I'd say SS2 Post-Majin Vegeta > Kibitoshits. That said, he gets up to match 6.

If he can paralyze and attack like Manga can though, he'd at least get up to SS3 Galu if not clearing.

Could go either way, though I tend to have him slightly weaker than Gohan's Cell Games, self rage boost or not. Kibitoshin would probably beat him due to superior techniques though.
