Kibito-Shin no Kachi da! I think he can be at-least motto tsuyoi than Cell, since Vegeta to Goku are higher than Cell and some of the dialogue could imply Kibito-Shin being tsuyoi.

I'd be very curious to see what kind of telekinetic powers Kibitoshin could muster up. Even factoring those in I don't think he can win this. SSJ2 Vegeta shouldn't even be that far ahead of SPC and he was far from being useful against Boo. Kibitoshin was treated as being much worse than even that.

Kibito when not in SSJ3 mode is useless, so he actually served as a division of Kaio-Shin’s already low power(s), instead of multiplication.

Using the same multiplier I used for Vegetto [(A+B)x20] Kibitoshin would be the same as Pre Majin SSJ2 Vegeta. Take him down a notch or two for the lack of fusion boost and he’s around the level of SSJ2 Gohan and Normal Perfect Cell.

Well, I don't know where to peg Kaioshin at. He got way stronger after fusing, but if Vegeta were still the one who got to stay in the planet to battle Kid Boo while he didn't even suggest aiding them, I think Vegeta's still considerably above Kibitoshin. Vegeta is considerably above SPC too, so this could be an interesting battle. I think they may be in the same realm of power. I'd say Super Perfect Cell has got, perhaps, a power advantage, but if Kibitoshin plays smart I think he can stop him steady and maybe apply some good strategy to pin him down. Idk tho, could go either way. The scaling of Kibitoshin isn't made except being decently below SSJ2 Vegeta, who's somewhat above SSJ2 kid Gohan and in turn considerably above SPC, imo.

KibitoShin is garbage. Kaioshin is weaker than Pui Pui, his fusion with his assistant is straight garbage. He's probably lucky to be Super Saiyan tier.
