I wonder, is Kid Buu versus SSJ2 Goku contested at a level in which Kid Buu is already the strongest Buu at this point? This would mean SSJ2 Goku (Kid Buu Saga) > Enraged Buuhan.

Either way, with this kind of set up, we can keep Goku comfortably below Vegetto.
