Without using her helmet, how does Chi-Chi fare against Launch?

Lunch's only feat is beating up a regular joe soldier who wasn't even taking her seriously. I'd give it to Chi-Chi since Ox King might have trained her already and it takes some degree of reaction speed to cut a dinosaur's head off and then retrieve the boomerang.

Yeah, my biggest takeaway with Chi-Chi is that we have to remember how we meet her. Ox King has sent her off to go search for Roshi in an area where wild beasts are all over. There's no way he risks his only daughters life if she can't take care of herself in a basic sense at least.

Sure, she has the helmet, but there's no way she's running around with a power level of 5 or so and the helmet. She's gotta be somewhat competent, and genetically she should be quite strong being Ox King's daughter as well.

How far does she make it up the chain? Can she beat the Pterodactyl? What about the Bear Bandit?

I feel like Yamcha knocked out Chi-Chi less casually than Goku did the Bear Bandit. I'd give her the edge over him, but Kuririn (first appearance) would stomp her I think.
