I am not so sure. She did seem superhuman to an extent. Being able to run from a dinosaur. Not to the extent of Goku, Yamcha or Kuririn but not too far behind.

I like the idea of Chi-Chi being superhuman for sure, I'm just not sure how far to go with it.

Anime Chi-Chi is a beast, she is kind of bullying Goku is some scenes.

But her ability to even throw the helmet that hard is probably super human, but more based on deduced logic standpoint and probably not AT's original intention.

No way Ox King sends her out into the wild being an average little girl. It's weird we get basically no feats.

Yamcha hits her hard as hell and doesn't kill her. Perhaps we can also use that as a clue. Yamcha definitely hit her with full power.

And she's knocked out COLD. For a long ass time. She's put down like Reecome and Burter were where someone is unconscious for a long time. Hmm.

Bare minimum Yamcha is 1.5x her, I'd say the range is 1.5-2x.

I'd make the argument that she's above it. Chi Chi likely was trained in the basics by Gyumao similar to how Goku was trained by Gohan, and we know Goku was multiple times the Pterodactyl. Even accounting for getting KO'd by Yamcha, there should still be ample room for Chi Chi to be ahead of it. She has the Ox King's genetics and basic training on her side.

Yeah, I agree. I have her now at a 25. Beastly. This is one character I never dreamed of rating, but it looks like we got her nailed down now.
