Both of these Scabbard siblings seem to have similar capabilities as shown against Kaido. Which will conquer the other, the sword or the gun? 10m starting distance between both.

Probably Izo. Even if we are to assume that they are equals, Izo has far more fighting experience being a commander of the WB pirates. I'd say the 10m starting distance also would work to his advantage.
