King Cold was heavily implied to be at Mecha Freeza's suppressed level, which according to Gohan is still considerable weaker than his 100% on Namek. So, Cold would still be << 100% Freeza & Namek SSJ Goku and this is even backed up by the Daizenshuu.

I'd not put two armed SSJ Gohan any lower than SSJ Namek Goku for him to want face the Androids, so I'd say Gohan takes this easily.

Freeza's father. He is a shadowy presence in the organization, and nobody knows of his existence apart from his family and his direct subordinates, not even the Ginyu Special-Squad. Though he's the head of the strongest family in the universe, he is somewhat inferior to Freeza.

"Somewhat inferior" has some vague implications. Could be a small gap. Not saying it affects it one way or the other with certainty. Just pointing it out.

Cold still thought he could beat Trunks if he used his sword, so I'd say he wouldn't be all too significantly weaker than Mecha Freeza. I still have Gohan taking this.
