In the scenario King Cold overhears the whole thing about the dragonballs and orders Frieza to stay behind while he goes find them. How would things change?
King Cold was on Namek instead of Frieza?

Cold would not mess around with heavy suppressions, so he kills everybody fast. Then he finds Goku in the healing
chamber and kills him too. The end.
In the unlikely case that Goku recovers before Cold sees him or Cold decides to wait till he recovers just out of
curiosity to find out who he is, his friends' death makes Goku mad and turns him into SSJ. Seeing he's outmatched,
Cold fires at the planet like Freeza. Goku defeats King Cold and gives him a chance to escape. Cold either accepts
the offer or foolishly attacks Goku and gets caught in the planet's explosion. He's picked up by Freeza and turned
Mecha.
Either way, Goku escapes the way he did in canon and goes to Yardrat. Eventually, he returns to Earth, defeats
Freeza and Mecha Cold and dies 6 months later of the heart virus and Androids fuck up the world. Bulma goes to
the past to warn him and give him the medicine.
Goku gets sick at the 'correct time', because he fought Freeza/Mecha Cold in both timelines anyway. (In canon,
he didn't fight them in the main timeline, so he was strained less and that's why he got sick later.)
3 years later, Goku fights 19/20 alone. He defeats 19 the same way as Vegeta in canon. Gero falls for the same
bluff and goes to activate 17/18, who kill Goku.
If 16 woke up along with them, there is a chance they follow a more peaceful lifestyle. 7 years later, they're killed
by Dabura. If we assume Babidi judges that, without Super Saiyans, there is not enough energy on Earth, they stay
alive for 17 more years (no Golden Freeza, since no dragonballs left).
Present Cell wakes up. Most likely, Sixteen kills him before he becomes too strong, otherwise he becomes perfect,
destroys the Earth and goes to explore the universe.
If the oracle fish made a prophecy about him, Beerus awakens and Cell becomes Whisses student. No U6/Zamasu
sagas, since Beerus woke up much later than that period.

Cold wouldn't mess around and would be far faster when it comes to travelling around the planet, so everyone dies before Goku can go SSJ. Cold doesn't get a wish for either he or Freeza to be immortal and this stresses the relationship between he and his son. Most likely, Freeza goes 100% and kills his father out of anger, becoming the sole leader of their clan, visiting and destroying Earth when failing to find the Dragon Balls there and continuing to rule the universe unchallenged unless encountering Babidi or Broly. When Beerus wakes up, he destroys Freeza if Merus doesn't already and unless Beerus chooses to intervene, Moro remains unchallenged unless he encounters Broly.
