I think Daimao would be similar in power to BoZ Yamcha so 10x that is easily enough for him to decimate Raditz.

Goku and Piccolo Jr. at the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai are already several-fold above Piccolo-Daimao. At the beginning of DragonBall Z they were much, much higher even so I doubt 10x'd be enough. I'm not even sure if he could defeat 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai Goku or Piccolo Jr..

Daimao at this point is probably slightly weaker than Kuririn so a power level of 200 should do (by BOZ''s sloppy numbers that is) so Daimao one-shots.

Both of these two are so close that it would go to skill, but who knows who's more skilled? Neither one seems that experienced with even matches. I honestly have no idea who would win. Damn, I wish someone would animate this fight now...

If I had a gun to my head I would give skill and ability advantage to Piccolo Damao, minus Oozaru.

Yeah I'd say Raditz is the inferior fighter skill wise. He struggled to beat down people 1/4th of his power level lol

With BoZ levels: Raditz gets a foot through his chest.
