Yenma's expression when he talked about Raditz implies he beat him effortlessly, so he's at least 2x Raditz.
He surpasses humans power wise, but, depending on how cocky he is, he might fall for Destructo Disc or
Tri Beam.

I'm trying to figure out what you mean by that pic. If you're talking about Yemma sending Dabura to Heaven then:

1. That was filler

2. That doesn't mean Yemma necassraily fought Dabura.

That could have been magic. Magic has been shown to effect fighters much stronger than the user plenty of times before. Chaozu restraining Goku, Guldo restraining Gohan and Krillin, Kaioshin restraining SSJ2 Gohan, etc. That would also explain how all the other villains wer3e sent to Hell. Raditz was just weak enough where Yemma didn't need it.

If such a magic were available to other world fighters Kaio wouldn't worry so much about Freeza. Yemma beat Dabra as sure as he beat Raditz.

He was worried about Freeza because he's a threat to the living universe, Yemma's magic most likely only works on dead people and at that point there was no one that could kill Freeza.

But for all intents and purposes, Raditz's submission to Yemma is treated as a power feat. He was also stronger than everybody on Earth at the time, including Goku. Who's to say that he wasn't way stronger in his future appearances?

I never said defeating Raditz wasnt a power feat. Defeatingg Dabura might not have been though. It's just har for me to imagine him going from under King Kai to that level without any ROSAT training or special power-up.

But Piccolo managed to progress dozens of times with underwhelming training before. Yemma also gave Raditz a chance to fight him and won. If Dabura was actually stronger than Yemma he should've been able to kill him quickly like he killed Kibito.

We don't even know if Yemma can be killed, he's already in the Afterlife so he would probably just regenrate.
