Ain't no way. Chi-Chi gotta be pretty damn strong at the 23rd Budokai. Why you keep nerfing her?

Going by the idea of King's Castle Guard ~ Tao Pai Pai, Chi Chi slaughters him. Tao is so far behind the curve by the 23rd it's not even funny.

Ain't no way he's Tao Pai Pai level though. Tao Pai Pai is smashing him for sure. But he can be quite strong.

Where are you putting Chi-Chi? Above Chaozu? Close to Tao, or not at all?

I dunno about smashing him. I like viewing him as the antithesis of Tao. He's at least strong enough to defend the King from him even if weaker.

I feel like Chaozu should be ahead of her. Just a gut feeling.

I mean, he can still be that and not enough. Tao is an absolute anomaly. His feats are just tremendous. King's Guard is just jacked and doesn't respect guys who can walk through guns. I think where I have him is good, but I guess there's variety here.

Put it this way, the whole world knows about Tao. But that dude is really jacked lol

I feel like Chaozu should be ahead of her. Just a gut feeling.

Yeah, it's almost time to start really digging into the 23rd. I'm re-evaluating Chi-Chi as well.

To me that's all the more reason for him to at least be somewhat relevant to Tao. Tao is a well known threat and it would make sense for the King to be somewhat protected against it at the least. Like he should be able to hold him off to allow the King to escape at the least imo.

He's Final Boss status that only a few can clear. The Crane School clears and Chappa. And that's really it. Pretty cool when you break it down like that?

We made this guy a major character through this lore. Pretty cool.

Awesome, yeah, PD Saga is pretty easy to get through. One thing is getting down Piccolo's attack names like down pat and being aware of them and scaling them.

I think the logic we've built for Piccolo is just flat out superior. It's great. This stuff never would have occurred without your Wind Chop debate. Completely changed the game for DB forever.

Agreed, this level of creativity is just never a thing in Z or Super. DB is the only place where you can create narratives that deepen the lore in a positive way.

All of his attacks are too crazy sounding, we need to figure out the English variants that make sense. He's got all weird sounding attacks.
