In that case, i see no reason to put Korin highly above Baba Saga Goku, since they were almost evenly matched
during the last day of their training. Mutaito stomps.

He says he's acquired more power than even him, and Goku still thinks Korin is stronger than him before Korin tells him otherwise.

Master-Roshi is implied to be well below Goku from the 22nd Tenkaichi-Budokai.

There's also that Goku even after the 22nd Tournament thought that Karin was stronger than him, and could train him. It's possible Goku could have gotten a Zenkai after the Old Piccolo fight.

Goku (post Korin training) was almost as fast as Korin and the cat was sweating. Goku was just an idiot for
believing Korin was stronger.

On-top of that Karin doesn't really ever fight, so yeah.
