I'd say no. It's clear that Krillin improved a good deal by the gap between him and Yamcha, but he's still not close to approaching Tenshinhan's level. I have my doubts that Tenshinhan improved as much over the 5 year gap due to his already huge lead over Krillin/Yamcha, and Krillin managed to narrow the gap significantly. He'd end up stronger than Goku/Piccolo Daimao, but I doubt it would be by enough to take them both at once.

The truth is I have Tenshinhan (TB23) taking the team easily.

I also don't think that the gap between Tenshinhan over Krillin has decreased much in those 5 years, since it seems that Scouter levels below 322 do not work linearly.

I'd also have 23rd Tenshinhan slaughtering the team. He was clearly in a league of his own when compared to Yamcha and Krillin. Tenshinhan had far surpassed post Choshinsui Goku. He was easily beating initial 23rd Goku who was decently stronger than 3 years ago but had the same speed. Krillin and Yamcha were already impressed by their initial levels, meaning they were still a ways away from reaching Piccolo Daimao level. I doubt Krillin could far surpass that level with solo training alone in the 5 year gap, at least enough so to beat 2 fighters of that caliber.

I think the same, the only difference I have is that I understand that Goku's speed (Weighted against Tenshinhan) was not much different than before. Therefore I don't have Piccolo Daiomao much superior to Krillin and Yamcha in TB23.

This is what I've got:

Goku post Choshinsui (initially): 3,300
-Full Power: 5,700

Young Piccolo Daimao (initially): 3,000
-Full Power: 5,600

23rd:

Yamcha: 5,000

Krillin: 5,200

Tenshinhan: 5,800
-increased speed: 6,600

Goku (weighted): 6,000 (speed 5,700)
-unweighted: 7,800

So I suppose I don't have Krillin far away from Piccolo Daimao, but he'd still need to surpass 23rd Tenshinhan by a decent amount to take on both Piccolo and post Choshinsui Goku on at BoZ. He'd need to reach about 7,000 on my scale. It's possible, but I'd say unlikely.

Kuririn might win if he's able to avoid being hit by the Bakurikimaha when bukujutsu gives him an advantage over Goku and Daimao's stamina isn't the best, not to mention Kuririn having the durability to face a guy stronger than either of them 5 years prior. If he takes the Bakurikimaha head on, he'd probably lose, but that's unlikely when it takes a while to charge and even an injured Tenshinhan could fly away from it.

No way. I think he’s just reached their level and barely surpassed them. It could go either way if he fought them alone, let alone taking on both.
