Krillin (the one who defeated Goku in Chapter 64 of DBGT) vs Krillin (the one who faced Goku SSJB)?

Who is stronger, the Krillin who defeated Goku Base. The latter withstood some attack from Omega Yi Xing Long.

The other Krillin gave Goku SSJB some trouble in the Kamehameha clash.

Even with joke interpretations of their feats, Super Kuririn still wins seeing as how SSG Goku was already Universe level in BoG and ToP SSB Goku is 10x stronger than him due to Kaioken scaling linearly and it being evident how strong he'd become from viewing the Hit rematch. In terms of the Super Anime power-scale, Super Yi Xing Long should fall below any Kaioken level of U6 Arc Goku due to the combined clashes between Goku and Beerus in the BoG Arc being about as impressive as what Yi should be able to dish out and Kaioken scaling all stats linearly.

GT Krillin is old enough to have mastered MUI like Roshi did. There's a reason why he defeated Goku.

Probably have to give this to Super Krillin, since Goku is already established at being Universe level. Though I want to say that the moment at the end of GT between Goku and Krillin is better than anything Super has done thus far.
