Kuririn would win. I generally have : Goku > Yamcha ~ Goku ( W/o tail ) >> Kuririn >> Bear Bandit. I don't see a reason to have Kuririn less than 75% of Goku ( W/o tail ) - I generally have him at 77-80%.

Krillin stomps. Look at Goku's expression after he blocked Krillin's initial kick. Goku is clearly taking Krillin seriously or at least exert noticeable effort. Recoome trolled Vegeta at a 1.33x gap so the gap between Goku and Krillin shouldn't be anymore than 1.2-1.25x.
