I dunno... Colonel Silver lacks any feats to make me believe he can even beat Mr. Satan or Videl much less Krillin in his first appearance. He was literally a fly compared to Goku but then again Krillin at the beginning would be at that point too.

I'll pick Krillin just to be on the safe-side.

Oh wait... I was mistaking Silver for General White. Silver definitely wins... I mean, he blitzed an off-guard Goku and withstood a kick to the gut. Doubt Krillin in his first appearance can do either.

Goku was off-guard, though. He wasn't really prepared for it. Kuririn was at-least peak-level of human at the beginning of DragonBall.

But like I said wasn't Goku off-guard. He didn't think Colonel Silver was some kind-of Super-Human. I mean if Beginning of DragonBall Yamcha was in the same position, I think he could do the same.

Yea I like Colonel Silver around that Yamcha, Initial Goku level. I think he's below 21st Budokai Yamcha, who isn't that much more superior to Initial Goku, so this fits in pretty perfect for me. Colonel Silver is definitely a tremendous beast to even have any sort of feat at all against this level of Goku.

Like I said, Goku was off-guard. Literally anyone with Super-Human speed could have done that. Goku didn't think Colonel Silver was Super-Human, so he let his guard-down, and then he surprised Goku with his speed.

Is that wrong?

Well Super-Human speed compared to our world. Kuririn at the beginning of DragonBall still had some amazing super-human abilities (again relative to our world, not so much in DragonBall).

Wait...Kuririn said he had Olympic level speed, but then again the Olympics might be different in DragonBall world. :wink: :wink: :wink:

Dunno about White, although his position of a general makes me give him the benefit of a doubt and consider him stronger than 21st preliminary fighters at least. Him and Yellow, Violet, the other generals that did nothing.

Krillen said he could qualify for the Olympics if he wanted to. He ran a 100 meter dash in 10.4 seconds. His personal best being 10.1 seconds. When Krillen runs by Roshi, nothing on Roshi moves.

Goku on the other hand runs the 100 meter dash in 8.5 seconds, easily dwarfing Usain Bolt's record of 9.58. When Goku runs by Roshi, Roshi's beard and mustache go flying. No human is ever going to run an 8.5 second 100 meter dash in my lifetime at least.

Krillen's 10.1-10.4 range would qualify for the top 1,000-1,250 100 meter dash in all of recorded history. Ultra impressive for sure, but clearly Goku is the superhuman here and not Krillen.

Roshi's 100 meter dash is so intense that he leaves a huge explosion behind himself as he takes off and he even has a freaking flight aura as he crosses the finish line, a huge gust of wind swaying Krillen and Goku. Roshi's time was 5.6, clearly, ultra super human level.

So all in all, Krillen does not have superhuman running ability. Goku does and Roshi for sure does.

Silver wrecks him. His speed being enough to impress Goku, especially when speed and power correlate quite well most times, is more than enough to trump anything Kuririn could do before the training.

What Captain Cadaver and Super Saiyan God said. Silver's speed was able to impress Goku ( after 21st Budokai ), who had ultra super human speed. I'd put Silver at least at Goku's ( BoD ) level, maybe a bit more, enough to defeat Kuririn ( BoD ) with ease.
