Kuririn met Porunga before he met Shenlong

So in the Uranai Baba Saga, Kuririn says “Wish I got to see this Shenlong guy too” and it got me wondering… When did Kuririn meet Shenlong?

In the RR Saga Goku summoned Shenlong in Karin’s Land, away from the others. Both times in the Piccolo Saga he was dead. When Goku was revived for the Saiyan Saga, Kuririn was away training.

You can tell Toriyama never noticed this bc Kuririn notes how Porunga is much bigger than Shenlong… Even though he never saw him!

The sky was still dark when Kuririn had been revived and Shenlong didn't dissipate until the next page. He probably saw him then.
