I had 1 armed Gohan weaker than Namek Goku by well.. an OK amount before

1 armed gohan could 1-shot namek saga goku, the same way trunks did mecha-freeza, if not worse

Why (my knowledge on future timeline is weak)

Freeza on Namek was able to fight somewhat competitively with Namek Saga Goku.

Freeza got better when he returned.

Future-Trunks 1-shotted that Freeza.

That Future-Trunks wasn't said to be that amazingly different from Gohan, before he died.

i think even then gohan could defeat namek saga goku easily

but that might be a bit of bias, but still it'd make more sense for him to be higher than namek-saga goku
