Skill is a thing. Although we don't see it in Dragon Ball all that much, it seems for these low level people, and our world, speed and skill are a huge factor.

Like there can be guys with a higher power level than Hercule, but less skilled, and less speed.

Also, what is power? It's certainly not just strength. I'm sure Oozaru Vegeta can lift a lot more weight than someone the same power level as he is.

Bob Sapp and Pintar should both be stronger than Hercule.

But power should probably be some sort of combo of punching power and durability.

I can see Satan > Pintar in strength, however. You guys are forgetting that “size doesn’t matter” is a core pillar in the series.

Strength and power level are different things though. Hercule is quite strong himself though.
