I give-up. I tried to make it work but it's not really possible, especially with those gaps that are in-between each-other like 50% Goku << Vegeta <<< Goku.

Yeah, it was a list with way broader gaps because of the Freeza Saga stuff like Freeza being over 5x as high as Captain-Ginyu & Captain-Ginyu being at-least 3x higher than the average Ginyu-Force member and Vegeta being over 10x higher than Raditz.
