Is this the same Gohan who fought Cell?

If so, Broli goes down hard, imo. Gohan wasn't even taking damage from Cell, who had to resort to basically taking hostages in order to get what he wanted.

LSSJ Broly is very strong imo. I don't think any regular Super Saiyan can touch his power. I put him around Perfect Cell without doing any calculations as of now.
