How much stronger do you have him above manga Boo arc Goku? After taking a decent beating from Super Janemba, he was still able to fuse with Vegeta who was stated to be the same strength.

I don't see why there is any difference in his battle power in comparison to his Manga self.

He was getting stomped by someone that should be interpreted as as strong as Super Buu, so he is probably not different.

The same gap he had on Pre Majin Vegeta is like M12 Goku gap over post majin Vegeta

It was outright stated in the movie that Goku had been training. Vegeta even cried when it was stated, implying Goku's noticeably stronger.

I have M12 Goku significantly stronger than his canon counterpart.

The power-scaling in the movies makes no fucking sense. So it doesn't really bother me if he trained, he still has no bearing on the new material or the Manga.
