The RRA top officers (Blue, Silver, etc..) will each be armed with Sorbet's ray gun.

Blue's perfect Aryan aesthetic will have Hitler miring for enough time that when he notices he possesses enough homosexuality to land him in the Gas Chamber, it'd already be too late. Sorbet's Ring is too broken not to solo. 2

Goten and Trunks having trouble with the Nazis is more a case of :toei nerfing them to hell and back, given how they were Freeza level in YSG! and had trouble with a big snake in Super. Blue solos those goddamn Nazis.
