Super Janemba (Initial) defeated Goku SSJ3 very easily when he started using his Sword.

In Wiki Vs Battle the Sword of Janemba is portrayed as a separate identity from this, as the Sword of Janemba ignores durability.

Super Janemba using his Sword must be much more dangerous than Super Janemba (FP).

Gotenks had trained at the Rosat and had surely finished off Super Boo inside the Rosat.

Also, I remember a guide saying Gohan is the strongest hero in Earth in M12, but don't have scans that confirm it.

He definitely isn't ultimate as the movie came out way before of that and the appearance Gohan has doesn't match his Ultimate self.

I really doubt that SSJ3 Gotenks could defeat Super Janemba, let alone SSJ Gotenks.

I think M12 Gogeta = Boo Saga Gogeta. Not sure how strong Gogeta is, however.

I believe that the strongest Ki that Goku had felt were Gohan (Semi Unlocked Potential) and Super Boo (Initial). I think Gotenks killed Super Boo in the Rosat

Janemba (full effort): 600

SSJ Gogeta (effort proved): 1,350
