Anyway, Piccolo wins. He's a really smart fighter and wouldn't fall on Vegeta's tricks. But it would be a really nice fight.

Same as said above. Weighted Piccolo was 18k, so Unweighted Piccolo stomps. It also doesn't help that M3 Piccolo can fire a Makankosappo without any charge time.

If it's Weighted Piccolo, I'd still give it to Piccolo based on his instant charged Makankosappo and array of techniques such as arm stretching.
