How strong should he be to be able to handle 100x kaioken?

Logic would dictate that he'd have to be above his Post-Ginyu self, but since the movie was likely in development before Goku used Kaioken x20 in the manga, it's highly debatable. Based on his surprise at being unable to do anything to Slug, he should be able to at least be capable of doing more to post-2nd fruit Tullece than his M3 self did to 1st fruit Tullece.

As for Kaioken x100, I'd assume from the fact he didn't whip it out against Base Slug that beyond deus ex machina, it was the result of a power up from receiving Piccolo's Ki.
