Main antagonists within Elbaf?

Who do you think it'll be?
Is there someone on Elbaf? Or will it be one of the Gorosei? They've already clashed with Luffy on Egghead and know about his fruit, so surely they won't ignore them on Elbaf? Or is something stopping them from interfering? Do they just not care? Surely they know he's getting stronger, so will want to kill him early? Or do they want him to find Raftel?

Will a marine admiral be sent to Elbaf? Would Aokiji appear there?

Do you think they'll meet Oars Jr? Is he still alive? Looked like he got fucked up in Marineford.

 

[Future Warrior]

2 Holy Knights arrived, but the main villains arriving this early on in the arc is pretty unusual from my recollection. Maybe more show up though.

Loki seems more like an anti-hero than a real villain.

I still think Big Mom is a loose end that is certain to be significant at Elbaph, but having her be a main villain for the second time would be redundant in my opinion.

There is still the Heaven realm of Elbaph that is yet to be explored, so maybe there is some Enel type figure playing the role of a god that we have to take down.

There’s a lot of directions this arc can go, but I don’t think the marines or Gorosei are involved since they were already the main threat the arc before.

The only Gorosei I could see being involved would be Garland given that he's new and hasn't done anything yet. Aside from the Holy Knights I'm not seeing many choices.
