Majin-Boo's power-ups?

Initial - Gohan thinks he can do something (to him), if he could gain access to his true-powers again (whatever you take it to mean). Vegeta thinks he's a joke.

Power-Up 1 (vs Dabura) - Goku thinks they (Goku & Vegeta & I assume Gohan) can definitely defeat Boo if they team-up. Gohan thinks he's too high.

Power-Up 2 (vs Vegeta) - Vegeta can hurt him a-bit with his attack, but it's hopeless it seems. Also this might be the power that Piccolo said no matter how many go at him, it wouldn't matter.

Full-Power - (Distantly) Rivals SSj3 Goku

SSj3 Goku > Majin-Boo >>> Majin-Boo (power-up 2) >> Majin-Boo (power-up 1) >> Majin-Vegeta/SSj2 Goku >>> SSj2 Gohan (I assume) >~/~ Majin-Boo (Initial)

Do you think Majin-Boo (power-up 2) has to be all that much higher than Majin-Vegeta? Could he be like Monster Zarbon/Vegeta (this is obviously the bigger one) or Cell/Goku and still make sense?

Their re-actions seem to tell a different story, though. So I assume Majin-Boo is already quite a-bit above them.

So you think Boo isn't all that much above Vegeta? Why did Goku suggest teaming-up right-away then? Seems weird, if they already rival him of-sorts.

I'd definitely say there was a sizable difference. Vegeta was able to pummel him, but I chalk that up to Boo just standing there letting him do what he wants rather than being superior to him. While everyone seemed to be impressed with Vegeta, Piccolo was still wondering how strong Boo really was. Goku said Boo's Chi was "abnormal", so it's possible that none of them could tell how much stronger Boo was than Vegeta at that point.

Boo's Chi had risen when he got annoyed, but I think the Angry Explosion was what fully brought his power comfortably beyond Super Saiyan 2 tier.

Vegeta's facial expression implies he agrees with Goku. They can beat him together, so it's around a Zarbon + Dodoria vs Vegeta gap.

That's what I meant. And yeah that's how I'd think it'd be, too but could it also be possible that Boo has say 15% on them? (Couldn't say it any-other way) That'd be about Monster Zarbon/Vegeta gap. They'd definitely lose individually, but definitely'd win together. Could also fit with the fight.

One guy even said Pure Evil Boo>Fat Boo. I said i's not possible because he's a portion of the power while Fat Boo is the whole. Still didn't matter because he said the evil just happened to be the more powerful side. I'm like....does the majority of power going to the Evil one mean anything? Then I realized I was wasting my time...

That's what I was thinking. 83% to 85% could work here (can't say it any-other way). Maybe even a-bit lower than 83%, could also be possible.
