Wait, so you think Good-Boo is lower than Majin-Vegeta?
There are only two ways for Good Buu to be higher than SSJ2s...
-Fat Buu being manyfold above SSJ2s. This is contradicted both by Fat Buu's angry burst not knocking out Vegeta, not even damaging him
to an extent he couldn't keep fighting, and by SSJ2 Teen Gohan providing almost half Fat Buu's power. All that shows AT did not have a
manyfold gap in mind
-Good Buu being stronger after being released from the coocoon. No such thing is noted.
I think Kid Buu showed three levels of power...
-Initial: The power he had when he first showed up. This is lower than SSJ2s, since Vegeta and Goku laughed it off and even rosamboed
to see who would fight him first. This is the power he started with during his fights with SSJ2 Vegeta and Good Buu. Notice that, in the
start of their fight, SSJ2 Vegeta immediately pulverizes him and Kid Buu only survives because of regeneration, whereas Good Buu is
barely holding his own.
-Serious: In both fights (Vegeta, Good Buu), Kid Buu soon raises things up a notch and dominates. Against Good Buu, he didn't even need
to use his arms, as showed in one panel.
-Full power: He only used full power against Goku.
