Majuub (Super # 17) vs Vegeta Base / SSJ / SSJ2 (Super # 17)?

How is Majuub doing with the different forms of Vegeta?

It seems that Vegeta transforms into SSJ2 at the end of his fight against Super # 17, because Vegeta had confidence in defeating him in that way, also it took time to transform unlike the first time.

Also before that part, Goku is shown seeing how Super # 17 is humiliating Base Vegeta, which impresses Goku, despite knowing that Super # 17 had defeated Majuub.

He'd probably beat Base Vegeta but lose to SSj Vegeta and above.

Gohan’s Kamehameha could imply Base Vegeta > Base Gohan > Oob. At best Oob should narrowly beat SSJ1 Vegeta.

That seems to just be a dumb moment rather than a genuine power implication when considering Oob oneshotted a Rild that Base Gohan was struggling against not long prior. That, and the following arc has Oob presented as more durable than the hybrids against Yi Xing Long.

As for the main topic, Vegeta is presented as being the top dog amongst the no-Goku group. Going by the idea of him retaining Baby's power (ie. his peak = Strongest Form 2) then he'd still require SS2 to beat Oob.
