Yea something like this... I did not know if he needed a full force kick though, but Panput's feat was a bit more impressive than Goku's IMO. I'd put Panput on par with 21st Budokai Goku. Man Wolf ? I don't know. he withstood a kick Roshi's kick that the latter put effort in it... Jackie even complimented his resilience. But at the same time Wolf Man could not one-shot a weak fighter...
