Obviously, Manga 
is even more of a jobber than his anime self with him only playing support against SS2 Galu and his brief scuffle with Caulifla showing he takes about as much of a note about countering full nelsons as Raditz. Doesn't seem he has his Super Maximum Mega Ultra Fabulous Limited Edition Light Speed Mode either, seeing as how he pretty much admitted defeat when faced with Kefla without putting up any further resistance. That said, how do you expect him to go down?
From what I'm aware of the recent leaks, he fights against #17 so that could be an option, though considering the top 3 remaining fighters of U7 after Chadhan goes down are Galu, Vegeta and Freeza, giving Freeza the win against U11's bronze medal would seem appropriate too.
