Due to being about two periods after SSJB Vegetto (FT arc), who is one of the few characters suggested to be above Beerus, he should be even higher than that level with his regular SSJB alone. But on top of that, he also has access to the completed version of SSJB, which is much more powerful, and he could the theorically use Hakai, due to Goku having access to it.

How many GoDs do you think he'd be able to take on at his peak?

The CSSJB that Goku and Vegeta possess was a good catch... Hadn't thought about that. Maybe it could serve as an explanation for Gogeta being that above Vegetto, but again, were Goku and Vegeta CSSJB in the movie? Can't remember.

As for the question, considering he was taking on Broly without problems and that Broly is stated to be, maybe, above Beerus, the strongest Hakaishin, I'd say he could take out on 2, 3 of them.

They weren't in the movie. But in the manga version of the story, they were briefly showing using it while fighting SSJ Broly both in chapter 42 and the special chapter (Gogeta was shown with it too).

Since Goku, Vegeta, and even Gogeta were using CSSJB in the manga, that actually makes "regular" SSJB Gogeta not that impressive. LSSJ Broly is essentially on par with Beerus and he was being more or less pulverized by CSSJB Gogeta (if we use the movie's choreography in conjunction with the manga's art), so consider that SSJB Vegeta was no match for Merged Zamasu while CSSJB Goku was his equal, and you have a noticeable gap in power. SSJB Gogeta would likely be a fair bit under Beerus, indicating that yes, Metamoran Fusion and Potara still are not equals when it comes to producing warriors.

As for Gogeta taking on the gods, I think he wouldn't be able to beat them all at once. Their special abilities would prove too daunting to overcome if they're using any semblance of teamwork. A couple at a time is OK, but all 12 (including Beerus) would be a bad day for Gogeta.

I echo most of what Pyro wrote. It's most likely that when viewing it from a manga perspective, we're meant to view SSB Gogeta's feats as those of PSSB Gogeta when that variant has become the standard version of SSB from the ToP Arc and onward.

As far as taking on the Hakaishin, he'd definitely beat any of them in a 1 on 1 fight. As far as taking them all one at once, however, he'd at best handle maybe 3 of them when considering Beerus could fare well against that much when they all targeted him, though he'd succumb to much more due to their variety in techniques and his far more limited stamina.
