I might have gone to technical on the terms. In a nutshell, the WFF is like martial art attacks and the Kamehameha is like fire, and both pack up the average joe's punch. That's how one interpret the story when not analzying everything from a numerical point of view, i think. The focus of the story at that point was martial arts, not numerical power levels.

Either way, Yamcha is moving quicker and Jackie has to move quicker in relation to it. Don't know what else there is to say.
