Tough one. I think Base Gogeta would win.

Base Gogeta with ease. I don't think Goku from Android arc that much stronger than his Yadrat counterpart.

Base Gogeta > SSjin Yadrat Goku and Base Vegeta.

Gogeta one shots. He oughta at least be >> SSJ Vegeta by fusion logic.

With the same boost as for the Boo Arc and the rival boost on top of it, I'd have Base Gogeta above SSJ Grade 2 Vegeta, so he oneshots. Even removing the rival boost and giving them the same boost as pre-Rosat Gotenks due to inexperience, I'd still end up with them far above #17's tier, so oneshot either way.
