Vegeta when he transformed for the 2nd time into Mega Instinct did he become even stronger than before?

I used to think so, but I don’t anymore. Gas mocks them saying it won’t be any different, and then he catches their punches and say “About what I expected”. Goku and Vegeta start the same they were vs Granolah before.

Yes. And UI Goku at the bottom.

I’d say the gap can’t be really big though since Goku still keeps up with Vegeta and Gas in the rematch, but this might just be plot since PSSJB Goku was also keeping up with Gas.

Gas was unaware of Mega Instinct Vegeta and UI Goku's powers until he fought them.

Perfectly Mega Instinct Vegeta and UI Goku were much more powerful and even initially against Gas than Granolah.
