Round 2: Post Rose Meruem vs 50% Young King Piccolo
Round 3: Post Rose Meruem and the royal guard vs full power young king Piccolo

Round 1 - Could go either way depending how you interpret Old Daimao's power compared to his young self, since he could be anywhere from MCB level to Small City level at full power. I'd probably lean closer to the latter based on Roshi's feat of destroying Mount Fry Pan so he'd have the power to stomp, though Meruem is still capable of speedblitzing via scaling from Pitou, so it could still go either way. With speed equalisation, Piccolo stomps.

Rounds 2 and 3 - Post-Rose Meruem has the power to compete with FP Prime Daimao and the speed to stomp, so long as his cancer isn't taken into account.

Didn't post Meruem display destructive powers above that of Piccolo? That beam he fired off seemed to require no effort from what I remember.
