Doflamingo is the gatekeeper in power to the strongest One Piece characters basically. Mihawk rivals a Yonko in power, so he gets trashed harder than he did against Gear 4th Luffy.

Doflamingo doesn't last two minutes. I don't think Luffy and Zoro will reach Mihawk's tier of power until near the end, Doflamingo is likely to end up like Ace in due time.

Mihawk is implied to be an old rival of shanks, and even puts him down after the loss of his arm as a has been.

So I'd imaging Doffy gets nuked. Swordsman vs string doesn't sound like a good match either.

Mihawk is not only hyped up by the narrative, but somewhat confirmed by Oda to be a top tier of the current storyline, whereas it wasn't made apparent through any statement that Doflamingo expended so much stamina through restoring his organs that he'd have changed the outcome against Gear 4th Luffy. Mihawk would cut through even God Thread with the same slash he used against WB a oneshot Doffy.

Mihawk for sure, I think even Croc might do better since slashes vs sand is better than slashes vs string.

Mihawk is a legitimate top tier. He is the WSS in a manga with Rayleigh, Fujitora, Shanks, and Cracker. He's also Zoro's final villain.

Mihawk's haki > Cracker's haki (cut G4 Luffy) >>> Doffy's
and Mihawk doesn't have a weakness like Cracker is implied to have with his base body having low pain tolerance.

Mihawk is Zoro's final opponent for a reason, no way he loses this fight.
