There's something about the way Yamcha dodges the Saibaman when he has to completely change his momentum that makes me think a 1.1x gap is fine. Yamcha dodges a surprise attack, smiles and then one shots it with a weak KHH. I don't have an issue with 1.1x

Could be, but one scene where the Saibaman is clearly making a tactical mistake outweighing the entire fight is strange. The KHH couldn't even completely finish him off. I don't know why 1/10 panels outweights 9/10.

I don't see it as outweighing the other 9/10 per say, just as providing reason to increase the gap. The hand to hand is even, but that doesn't have to mean an even gap imo. And while the KHH didn't finish him off, it did significant enough damage to make everyone think the fight was over.

I don't have an issue with a lower gap, but I also don't have an issue with a rival range gap.

Why? Vegeta's advantage over Zarbon is like 88%.

Because the fights depict completely different circumstances. Zarbon has no chance against Vegeta. He's barely hanging on by a thread. Meanwhile, the Saibaman is fighting neck and neck with Yamcha but makes a tactical error and gets hurt bad.

Well that's what is showed. People make Gohan > Dabura off of one panel as well. If Yamcha was so strong, why fight so evenly? Why is he using so much effort against such a seemingly inferior foe? They are basically equals.

Kuririn weighted is also 1,500 at Namek. So Kuririn Saiyans Saga is that stronger than Yamcha?
