Vegeta losing to Goku was pretty humiliating for him. Losing to Recoome and Freeza may have been worse, since it was in front of others. I feel like Recoome was more embarassing, since he was butt-nekked.

Otherwise, Vegeta losing to 18 lol, I enjoyed that one.

You could throw Vegeta whooping Semi-Cell's ass in there, but I think Cell's ego would have been relatively unbruised, since he knew he wasn't in his ultimate form yet.

Cell vs. Vegeta deserves a mention. Pretty embarrassing for Vegeta when Cell tricked him into thinking the Final Flash actually hurt him and then proceeding to two shot Vegeta.

Well the Final Flash did hurt him, he looked to be in pain. It's just he was trolling Vegeta in saying he's ruined and has lost and then Bam! Ohh yeah I can easily just regenerate back u fool.
