They get teleported to our world at the start of DBZ or whenever their first adult appearance is. They're normal strength, but the fighters are stronger than average. Goku and Vegeta have top tier potential at athletic endeavours. Krillin etc a bit lower. Namu, Roshi, King Piccolo etc lower.

Criteria:
  • Least likely to go to prison
  • Least to end up in an inpatient mental health ward
  • Least to be a mental health outpatient
  • Least to kill themselves
  • Least to be a vagabond
  • Least likely to have scientific tests done on them at the behest of the military or government (Oolong loses for being a talking pig)

Kuririn is the most normal guy all around. He’d just look ugly as fuck in real life. Gohan is well adjusted to real life too.

It's funny how Chi Chi is one of the most normal but seems crazy in the series.

Maybe in the anime. She has her moments in the manga, but just comes off as a typical Japanese housewife/mother. She's also pretty chill during the Cell arc and especially the Majin Buu arc.

I think 28th TB era Trunks could be a candidate. Not overly studious, not overly obsessed with martial arts, and -- even from a younger age -- was conscious of holding back when deemed appropriate.
